Available Labrador Puppies
Worried about where your puppy comes from? Good. You should be.
A lot of Labs are raised in barns and back kennels, away from people. Ours are not. They are born in our home and raised in the middle of the family, around our kids and our other dogs, from day one. The short video here is a peek at our last litter.
Right now, we do not have a litter on the ground. We keep it small, about four litters a year, so there is almost always a wait. That is on purpose. When a litter is here, every puppy shows up on our available puppies page, with photos and the current price.
Our puppies run $1,500 to $3,000, depending on availability, color, and demand.

Our Next Litter
Our next litter is due around June 9, 2026. The mother is Remi, our champagne American female. The father is King Louie Waffles, Louie for short, our white English male. Expect cream and yellow puppies, a blend of English and American type. Final colors are confirmed at birth.
Remi (champagne American female) × Louie (white English male)
Want first pick? Spots go fast. A $500 deposit holds your place on the waitlist. It is transferable to a future litter if your timing changes.

Who we are
A Small Family Breeder, Not a Kennel
Here is the thing. We are not a big operation. We raise about four litters a year. That is on purpose.
Tishauna does most of the day-to-day. The feeding, the socializing, the early handling, the late nights. She is the reason our puppies are calm, friendly, and ready for a family. She knows every puppy by personality before it ever leaves.
Dr. Paul Borosky holds a DBA and an MBA, and he runs the business side and the paperwork. When he says a real, named family stands behind every puppy, he means it. You always know exactly who you are buying from.
We socialize our puppies with other dogs and with children. We welcome visits before you buy. And if life ever changes and you cannot keep your dog, it comes back to us, never a shelter.
What families say
From Our Puppy Families
"Luna is adjusting great, and her big brother and her are getting along. You were right on the money about her being food motivated, and she wants to be dirty like her mom. She is a digger, LOL!"
J. Jakob
Going the Extra Mile
From Luna and Dunkin's last litter, a young couple in Merritt Island was over the moon to buy their first puppy together. The husband was away for work that weekend, and the wife had no car to make the trip. She wanted to meet her new family member so badly that, for a small fee, Dr. Paul drove the puppy out to her. It brought the new owner to tears.
