The things families ask us most, before they bring a puppy home.
Family-raised by Tishauna Borosky, MBA, and Dr. Paul Borosky, DBA, MBA, in our Sanford, FL home.
Do you have puppies available right now?
Availability changes with each litter, and the fastest way to know is to call or text Dr. Paul. You can also see our upcoming litters and join the waitlist.
How much do your puppies cost?
Our Labrador puppies are priced from $1,500 to $3,000, depending on the line, color, and registration. Full AKC registration is an additional $500. A $500 deposit reserves your spot.
How do I reserve a puppy?
A $500 deposit holds your place in line. It is non-refundable but transferable to a future litter, and it applies toward the purchase price. Reach out and we will walk you through it.
What comes with my puppy?
Every puppy goes home AKC registered, examined by our vet, with first shots and deworming, and crate trained starting at six weeks. They are raised in our home and socialized with our kids and our other dogs.
What is the difference between English and American Labradors?
English Labs tend to be stockier and calmer, the classic blocky family look. American Labs are leaner and more athletic, often from working lines. We raise both. Our breed page goes deeper if you want to compare.
Can I visit, and do you deliver?
Yes, you are welcome to visit us in Sanford by appointment. When available, we offer delivery within about a five-hour drive of Sanford for an additional fee, which covers most of Florida.
Do you offer a health guarantee?
We do not offer a separate health guarantee. What we do offer is honest transparency: both parents on site, a certificate of veterinary inspection with every puppy, and the consumer protections Florida law gives you. You are always welcome to meet our dogs before you commit.
