Privacy Policy
- We collect the names and email addresses you give us.
- We also collect basic usage data automatically through Google Analytics, such as IP address, device, browser, and pages visited.
- This information is used only for communication, puppy reservations, and understanding how the site is used.
- Your data is never sold. It is shared only with trusted payment processors and Google Analytics.
- We keep your information only as long as needed for those purposes.
- To see, correct, or delete your information, contact us at the email above.
- This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable $500 deposit reserves a puppy. Deposits may be transferred to a different litter.
- Puppies are sold as-is, except as required by Florida law. Florida Statute 828.29 gives buyers certain consumer rights that these terms do not waive.
- All content on this website, including photos, is the property of Borosky Labradors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- By using this website, you agree to these terms. We may update them, and changes take effect when posted.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Seminole County. The Puppy Purchase Agreement governs the sale of a puppy and controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Refund & Reservation Policy
- The $500 deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a future litter.
- The deposit applies toward the purchase price of your puppy.
- The remaining balance is due in full before pickup.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, or cash money transfer.
- If we are unable to provide you a suitable puppy, your deposit may be transferred to a future litter.
Your Florida Consumer Rights
- Under Florida Statute 828.29, you receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with your puppy. It shows a Florida-licensed veterinarian examined the puppy and found it healthy, and lists the vaccines and dewormings given.

Shipping & Delivery
- When available, we offer delivery within a 600-mile radius of Sanford, FL at the current market rate per mile.
- You can also arrange to pick up your puppy by scheduling a convenient day and time.
