Meet Luna — our super white English Lab, and the sweetest of the sweet. Born March 23, 2024, she's roughly 80 pounds of pure, laid-back affection. Nothing rattles her. She's calm, gentle, and easy in a way that makes everyone around her relax too. If we had to pick the sweetest dog in the house, it's Luna — no contest.

Why we call her Pigpen.

Here's the thing about Luna. She loves dirt. If there's mud anywhere in the yard, she will find it. She rolls in it, lays in it, wears it like a badge of honor. One minute she's polar white. Blink, and she's midnight black from nose to tail. That's how she earned the nickname Pigpen — and she has zero regrets about it. Sweetest dog we own. Also the dirtiest. Both true.

Luna was the whole reason we drove to the Huntsville, Alabama area. She was the plan from the start — a super white English Lab. We came home with her and one extra: her sidekick Emmie, the puppy we didn't plan on.
