We Are a Family That Raises Labradors

Family-raised by Tishauna and Dr. Paul Borosky, DBA, MBA, in our Sanford, FL home.

We are Tishauna and Dr. Paul Borosky, and Borosky Labradors is our family. We are a small family Labrador breeder in Florida, raising AKC Labrador Retrievers in our home in Sanford. Not a kennel. Our home. We started in 2024, and we keep it small on purpose, about four litters a year.

Tishauna runs the day-to-day, and that is the honest truth of it. The feeding, the socializing, the early handling, the late nights, the 2 a.m. checks on a new litter. She knows every puppy by personality before it ever leaves. If our puppies come to you calm, friendly, and ready for a family, that is her doing.

I handle the business side and the paperwork. I am Dr. Paul Borosky, and yes, I carry a DBA and an MBA. On a Labrador site that does not mean much on its own. What it means for you is simple. A real, named family stands behind every puppy, and you always know exactly who you bought from. I am also a published author.

How We Raise Our Labrador Puppies

Our puppies are born and raised underfoot, right in the middle of the family. They grow up around our kids, our grandbaby, and our other dogs, so they are used to noise, handling, and real life long before they get to you. We start crate training around six weeks. Every puppy is AKC registered and goes home with a vet health certificate, first shots, and dewormed.

We raise both English and American lines, in white, champagne, chocolate, and yellow. You can meet both parents when you visit, because both parents live right here with us. Want to put faces to names? Meet our dogs.

Health Testing, Said Straight

We are in the middle of full health testing on our dogs. OFA hips, elbows, eyes, and genetic panels. We post results here as each one comes back. We would rather show you the work in progress than pretend it is already finished.

Our puppies come with that vet health certificate, but not a health guarantee, and I will walk you through exactly what that means before you decide. And if life ever changes and you cannot keep your dog, it comes back to us, never a shelter.

The best way to know a breeder is to show up. We welcome visits before you buy, by appointment. Come meet the parents and see where your puppy is raised. We deliver within about a 600-mile range at $2.50 a mile, give or take with fuel, or you are welcome to pick up here in Sanford.
