Our home base
Right Here in Sanford, Not a Far-Off Kennel
Most people buying a Lab never see where it came from. You can. We are right here in Sanford, and our puppies are born and raised inside our home.
We keep them in a separate nursery, air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter, so they start life comfortable and handled every day. They grow up around our family, our grandkids, and the noise of a real house. That is the difference between a Borosky Lab and a puppy raised in a back kennel.
Come see for yourself
Come Meet Your Puppy
Buying local means you do not have to guess. You come see for yourself.
Reach out
Text or call Dr. Paul to set up a time. Once a litter hits four or five weeks old, we hold an open house on Saturdays. You can also come by appointment.
Meet on the porch
You come up to the porch and we bring your puppy out to you. It is safer that way, for the puppy and for you.
Decide
Sit and play with the pup, get a feel for each other, then decide if you want to place a deposit. No pressure.
A Sanford family we helped
A Sanford family came to us after a hard stretch. Their older Lab had lost its companion and needed a friend again. They picked a pup from Luna and Dunkin's litter, one of Luna's girls, food motivated and full of dig just like her mom.
"Luna is adjusting great, and her big brother and her are getting along. You were right on the money about her being food motivated, and she wants to be dirty like her mom. She is a digger, LOL!"
