Refund/Reservation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to future litters.
  • Payment for the puppy must be made in full prior to pickup.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Zelle or cash money transfers.
    • Credit cards incur a 4% processing fee.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery within a 600-mile radius of Sanford, FL, at the current market rate per mile.
