Puppy Purchase Agreement

This agreement is made on this [Date] by and between Borosky Labradors ("Seller") and [Customer Name] ("Buyer").

1. Puppy Details

Breed: Labrador Retriever

Sex: [Male/Female]
Date of Birth: [Date]
Registration: AKC Registered Limited (Full Registration an additional $500).

2. Purchase Price and Payment Terms

Purchase Price: (Market Price)
Deposit Amount: $200 (non-refundable, but transferable to a future litter).
Payment Method:
- Accepted: Zelle, cash money transfer.
- Credit card payments incur a 4% processing fee.
Final Payment: The full balance is due when pickup is scheduled.

3. Health and "As-Is" Condition

The Seller represents that the puppy is in good health to the best of their knowledge at the time of sale.
The Buyer understands that the puppy is sold "as-is," with no guarantees expressed or implied, including health, temperament, or fitness for a specific purpose.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees to provide proper care, nutrition, and medical attention for the puppy.
The Buyer acknowledges responsibility for all costs related to the puppy's care from the date and time of pickup.
If at any time the Buyer is unable or unwilling to provide the puppy/dog with a suitable home, or intends to transfer or sell the puppy/dog to another person, the Buyer agrees to offer the puppy/dog back to the Seller as the first option. No payment will be made to the Buyer for the return of the puppy/dog.
- The Seller has 15 days to accept or reject the return offer by the buyer.
- The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the puppy/dog, including the transfer of AKC papers back to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense.
- To minimize stress on the dog from being moved between homes, Buyers are encouraged to seek training advice if behavioral issues are the reason for rehoming.

5. Delivery or Pickup

Puppies may be picked up by appointment only at 2440 S. Oak Ave., Sanford, FL 32771.
Delivery is available within a 600-mile radius of Sanford, FL, at the current market rate per mile, as agreed upon separately.
Pickup/Delivery date must be made in writing (email or text) by the puppy’s 7^th week of age.

6. Deposit and Refund Policy

The deposit of $250 is non-refundable but may be transferred to a different litter if requested.
If the Buyer fails to complete the purchase or pick up the puppy on the agreed date, the deposit will be forfeited.
If the Buyer fails to complete the purchase or pick up the puppy on the agreed date in writing or fails to set a date for pickup/delivery by the 7^th week after birth, the deposit will be forfeited.

7. Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Arbitration shall take place in Seminole County, Florida. The parties waive their right to file a lawsuit and proceed in court, except to enforce an arbitration award.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
For any disputes not subject to arbitration, the parties agree that the exclusive venue shall be the courts of Seminole County, Florida.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Seller and Buyer regarding the sale of the puppy. No other representations, warranties, or agreements, written or oral, shall be binding unless incorporated into this Agreement.

10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By signing below, both parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
